Better work and healthier humans aren't a trade-off.
"That's just how it's done" runs more workplaces than any strategy deck. Breaking Norms exists to name those defaults out loud — in leadership habits, in culture, in how organizations treat the wellbeing of their people — and then change them on purpose, with care and without the theatre. They're the same project.
